Our Gender Equality Plan
The Gender Equality Plan of Sjókovin outlines the main aspects, goals, and initiatives to promote equality within our institution, including equal participation of women and men in the workforce at Sjókovin, measures against gender-based violence and harassment, equal conditions regarding career advancements, and initiatives to create harmony between family and work life for employees at Sjókovin.
The Gender Equality Plan also describes our approach to data collection, which will support Sjókovin’s continuous efforts to promote equality and diversity within our institution.
This first Gender Equality Plan of Sjókovin will be in effect from 2025 to 2029.
