CURRICULUM VITAE

Mirjam Carlsdóttir Olsen has an MSc in International Development from the University of Edinburgh and an MA in Social Sciences from the University of the Faroe Islands. She has previously worked in Uganda as a research and project officer with a focus on reproductive health initiatives. In the Faroe Islands, she has worked as a research assistant at the University of the Faroe Islands, and since completing her studies, she has worked as a researcher at Sjókovin. Her current work is in the Marine SABRES project, where she is a task leader and member in the Arctic Northeast Atlantic Demonstration Area, and the MeCCAM project, where she serves as project manager.
